Location: 9537 103 Avenue NW. Originally constructed as a single detached home and later converted into an apartment block, the Rodd Apartments building boasts an unusual architectural style that includes a front gable end roof and a stucco-clad false front. The building is historically valuable for its association with the development of the Jewish community in the Boyle Street neighbourhood of Edmonton in the early part of the 20th Century. The owner of the Rodd Apartments had the building designated as a Municipal Historic Resource on May 30, 2017.
